My name is Rez

 

This week we were learning about refugees and we were reading a story called My Name is Rez. I learnt that Kursikstan was a place and I enjoyed seeing where they went and their journey.

Get Into Gaming

 Today we were taught about career options in gaming, such as design, coding, and competitive gaming.

We saw multiple esports teams from New Zealand and we were able to see some game developing teams from NZ.

I figured out that most video game characters are drawn by hand first before another person on a digital device turns it into something more real like this.

End Of Term

 At the end of term, we had a class party. in this photo, not everyone is in it because some of us are down the back of the class gaming. We had lots of fun eating the food and dancing.

STEM

 Last week I thoroughly enjoyed our STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.)class with room 8. We had to design a structure with limited materials that you could get in and out of that would hide all of your body. It was really fun but was quite hard at times but luckily the year 4's were small and it made it easier.
